Hi,
i have bought the witcher 3 wild hunt at the day one and from the patch 1.03 i have taken the bug of experience because i don't receive exp point from any kind of quest primary secondary or from the ? or monster nothing and from the patch 1.03 (about a month ago) i can't play to witcher 3 because for me it's became impossibile. There is way to fix it? i try to reload an oldest saving data or reinstall the game or start e new game but nothing a still have the bug...so i ask after a month of any progress after a month where i can't play to the game there is a way to fix it? can you help me with this bug? because know i'm "tired" of wait a patch to fix this bug it takes to much time.

are you still on patch number 1.03 because unless i'm missing something you should be on number 1.04 which has an xp bug fix in it.

if it doesn't auto download when you turn on your ps4,go to the witcher 3 icon on the ps4 media bar,press the options button and there should be an option saying something like "check for updates".select that and hopefully it should download and fix your issue.

nono i'm on the update 1.04 and the the bug is started from the realease of update 1.03

i don't know what else to suggest then sorry,i was lucky enough to avoid the xp bug of 1.03.

I have the same problem, but it coused by 1.04 patch, and patch 1.05 didnt fix it :c

oh ok someone like me has got the same problem....however the patch 1.05 didn't fix it to me too, now i can only hope in the next patch 1.07....they say it will be very big and it will fix much bug this will be the last patch i will wait....if the patch 1.07 didn't fix the bug i will sell the game because i don't think they they will fix this bug

If Geralt is 5 and more levels higher than quest's recommended level, he will not receive XP or will receive only 5 points. As long as the quest is marked green, Geralt should receive appropriate amount of XP but should the quest's name turn gray, no XP will be awarded. Please, bear in mind that main storyline quests sometimes award XP only when all of the sidequests are completed.
During monster hunts, you receive a lot of XP for the monster you hunt and only 5 XP for reporting to the quest-giver. If Geralt's level is equal to or higher than current main storyline quest, you shouldn't have any problems finishing the game.
