In the Intellegence tree there is a 7 point perk named "Extended network device".
It's description states: "Automatically highlights nearby access points".
Well, it does not. It highlights them ONLY if the player has cyberdeck type of an operating system installed.
For example, with Sandevistan operating system that perk does absolutely nothing.
If that beahvior is the supposed one, the ingame description should be corrected. Because spending 40k ingame currency for a cool OS mod like Sandevistan planning my further game tatics with it and use this perk for knowing where to see access points results in nothing and feels terrible.
