[BUG] - Fists of Fury Quest - Can´t Fight the Sergeant

Hi,

So, i defeated the first three enemies (Smithy, Jonas and Fishgulper), but when I return to Velen to fight the final enemy (the Sergeant), he is sitting inside the building where Ciri's room is, and when I talk to him nothing happens....I doesn´t trigger the fight, nothing!

Does anybody know why is this happening? I already finished the first part of the main quest, where the barn is on fire and we have to confront Velen's leader about his wife and child....maybe this is the problem? (after this part, this sidequest "bugs").

Any help would be much appreciated! (sorry for my english)

I finished the fist fights after the end of the Baron main quest line. IIRC, you don't have to talk to him, but to the bet manager.

I had the same problem. I was able to fight the sergeant after doing more of the Bloody Baron quest. In my case, I just had to talk to the baron when he's sitting outside, and then I was able to fight the sergeant.
