[BUG?] Generous Merchant
There's this beggar guy in the north-west of Novigrad who happens to be a vendor. He sells a bunch of empty bottles, but he has 2000 crowns and he buys stuff at full price and you can buy anything back for the same amount of coin. I'm not sure if it's intended (could be).
