I have this problem with Father Ibarra. Basically i have been doing the gigs in his zone and I noticed that there was a lag in his phone calls. I have no idea when this happened and no I won't reload a save because I have no idea when this problem occurred first.
So when I go nearby a zone with a gig, I receive a phone call about the previous event.
Normally, let's say that there are 2 calls:
1. Gig describing phone call
2. Gig finishing phone call
Well basically now I have a lag, when i arrive to a new undiscovered gig or side quest of the zone covered by this Ibarra dude, I receive the phone call about the previous gig I finished.
When I finish a quest, I receive the call describing the previous gig i discovered.
The problem is that I have quests I finished that are not marked as completed.
Is a way other that reloading a save? (honestly, my last manual save was 2 days old...).

Okay, so I kept moving forward and now the synch is off a step further.
I finished a quest and the fixer from Heywood (Ibarra) called me to close the previous quest (and not to describe the previous quest)...
