Bug/Glitch in the mission: Talkin' 'Bout A Revolution - Tom Dead

The the mission "Talkin' 'Bout A Revolution", I press the intercom button and when the door opens Tom is not shown at the to greet you and a second later it shows him dead on the floor. Hope this can get fixed cause now I can't progress through the mission.

I am also stuck here! After not going with on with the mission, I ended up with Judy standing by the window. And there is no way to continue or finish this mission... I basically done everything there is to do on the map.

If you have not done all the side jobs for Judy then this the state it will be in. However you still get the achievement for doing all the hustles and gigs in Watson if you complete everything without completing Judy's missions. You will not get the achievement for completing Judy's quests. You'll have to agree to do the mission with Maiko and Tom and some other girl from clouds there in the get together in Judy's apartment to continue Judy's side jobs... Sorry for being so vague but that's how if worked for me.
