Bug/Glitch: Unable to continue Quest 'Of Swords and Dumplings'

When leaving Hattori to find Sukrus, you find him fighting a peasant.
A cut scene starts where he punches the peasant and then wants to fight you, cut scene stops and Sukrus just does not spawn!!!
Not giving you the possibility to continue the quest, the quest marker does not appear either.

Sukrus needs to spawn so you can beat him in the fist fight.
Currently can not acquire the master sword smith this way, there are more people experiencing this utterly frustrating issue.

Please fix this asap or at least let us know how to get around this issue and get him spawned for the fist fight...

Well all i can is that it's a glitch,
did that part just yesterday and it worked fine.

In my first playthrough evyerthing worked like a breeze, on my second playthrough it just glitches out sadly...

Update

I've fixed the issue by reloading a earlier save (didnt work before) but this time around putting all settings on 'Low' which fixed the issue and Sukrus spawned right after the cutscene luckily. I hope this will fix the issue for other players too.
