Reproduce steps:
1. Wear "gamer's outfit" (or whatever it is called in english. Black thick rubber body suit that leaves you barefoot. Placed into the big clothing slot)
2. Get into a car
3. Use 3-rd person camera
4. Exit car (return to your body)
OR
2. Possess security camera ('control camera' hack)
3. Exit camera (return to your body)
RESULT: you get constant glitches all over your screen until you re-load the level (load saved game for example).
Glithes look like triangles strobing all the time (as if your graphics card is dying, creating chaotical polygons and vertices all across the screen)
