[bug] have to use scanner button twice after switching camera

steps:

1. open camera view
2. run scanner - you did this by hitting scanner button once
3. switch camera - notice that scanner is turned off
4. try to turn on scanner - you need to use scanner button twice

solutions:

• one of solutions is to leave scanner on between camera switched
• if scanner have to be turned off when switching camera then activating it should require only one keypress
