Bug in Blood and Wine quest

In quest "Awantura o wino" (i dont know how its called in English)
I got a letter from some body when helping Vermentino.
And then another one when helping Coronata.
When i picked up this Coronata letter it told me that i must search for another one when helping Vermentino.
BUT I already found it!!
My latest save is 5 days before so i dont want to do it again

Yes, but unfortunately, these types of exclusions can happen in the quest script if the player manages to trigger parts of a quest out of order.

You could try dropping the letter in your stash, then traveling between regions (i.e. go from Toussaint back to Velen). Then, check the stash in the new region and pick the letter up again. If it doesn't trigger the quest update, put the letter back in the stash, return to Toussaint, and go retrieve it from the stash there.

If none of that works...I'm afraid reloading to a point before you picked up the letter initially might be your only option.
