In the quest, you go into a car park under a building to retrieve some records, and optionally can retrieve the client's car. In my game, that care spawned BELOW the car garage. It's not accessible. This happened back in 1.04. I'd hoped it would get fixed in 1.05 or 1.1, but it didn't. I realize that this is a very minor issue that apparently has affected very few players - I can't actually find any other reports of it. But I thought I'd post it anwyays. Even loading a save from two hours prior to starting the quest didn't fix it, by the way. The car still spawned there, and it remains there now, tens of hours of play later.
There appears to be some issues like this in game. If you could write a bug report via support site.
