Bug in quest "Small Man, Big Mouth"

I cannot proceed with the quest "Small Man, Big Mouth", because I am not able to take the goods out of the truck.

Update 1: CD PROJEKT is already aware of the issue and they are looking into it
Update 2: Patch 1.1 did not fix this bug
Update 3: Patch 1.2 fixed this bug

I have the problem, that no matter what level I am they are always shown as being way too high for me. Going back there at random levels 15, 20. 33 and even 50 they are still skulls and one shot me.

I used a Tech-Sniper-Rifle to beat them from the distance; took some time, but it is possible.
