I can´t finish the quest. Ozob came out of the building after detonating the bomb and starts talking. The quest wants you to "Talk to Ozob" but the game won´t let me. I reloaded an older savegame but it didn´t help. The quest ist still unfinished.
When i check on the quest now (hours later) it brings me to Pacifica where you normally go to fight Ozob for the boxing challange. I still can´t talk to him.
