[Bug] Long list of bugs I have encountered. Including some minor suggestions [Spoilers]

Bugs and other minor changes
1. When you go to Lizzies and it is closed, but is allowed to enter it anyway, when you have to speaking with Judy. The place should look closed.

2. Mission - Automatic love
- In the elevator if you turn away from Silverhand he disappears and you can no longer chat to him.
- When going to room 11, there is no blood on the wall.
- If you enter the VIP area and jump over the bar and the security camera spots you, all the npcs in the bar, including the Barkeeper disappear if you move the mouse so they are no longer in view, same thing as with Silverhand above.
- When talking to Tom after having gotten into a fight with the people there, Silverhand appears in the middle of the room with the wrong animation.
- As I went to talk to Oswald Forrest afterwards and he attacks, he gets stuck in his office and you can just shoot him through the wall if you have a tech weapon. (Would also be cool, if you could talk him out of attacking. Both options lead to the same)
- After you have killed Oswald, “Leave the clouds sub quest” an enemy was stuck inside a room/wall, which I couldn’t get into and shot me through the wall with a tech gun. Another one was stuck in the ground after being blown up with a grenade.

3. Sometimes you can't change your guns or grenades.

4. Not sure if this is a bug or not, walking up to some policemen will trigger them to attack you for no apparent reason, like if they are investigating a crime scene, and you are just looking they will sometimes attack you.

5. Driving to close to the parking slots at Lizzies makes your car stuck.
6. Spawning in cars sometimes trigger police to attack you, as it hurt a neutral NPC.
7. Sometimes a quick hacking menu doesn’t show, hovering over another item to quick hack, to then go back to the original one seems to fix it.
8. There is an issue with the lighting in the Afterlife elevator that leads to the roof, it's all bright white.
9. In the “Quest” Disasterpiece” V and Judy act as if they don’t know where Evelyn is even if you have already spotted her on the cameras and scanned her.

[Few suggestions]
1. Scars (4 dots) on Vs arm after the first meeting with Vic should go away after some time (Might do already, but doesn't seem like they are.)

2. When having to choose an offering to Jackie there is a suitcase with money in it, that you can just straight up take and Misty doesn’t react at all. A bit weird.

3. Can datamine from Jackies garage, seems a bit misplaced.

4. When you select a given ammo type in the crafting menu, it should show you how many you currently have and should not allow you to craft more than you can carry.

5. In the mission “Cold mirage” it would be cool if you could call Nix on the phone and ask him about it. He could then just tell you to swing by. Would be more an immersion detail. Also Dexter was laying on the ground (Might have been a bug) If not it could be cool if V made some comment about it or something.

6. In the mission Spellbound it would be nice if you knew what the price was you had to pay for the item.

7. When you are doing the psycho killer mission, and it is said that Regina wants them alive. You should make sure to use a non lethal weapon.

8. There should be a sell stack option, maybe holding down the mouse on a stack should sell all.

9. When you go to certain vendors, like the Junk vendor where you have to get a training bot for a mission, and ask into it. The vendor will sell it to you for 31000, however if you don’t have the money, your only options is to threaten him. There should be an option to back off, like simply saying “I’ll get back to you on that” or something. Because you get stuck in that dialog and can no longer trade normally with the vendor. And threatening him, with his guards all over is not exactly the most rational solution.

10. The ability to uninstall a cyberware again at a fixer for a price. In the inventory it says you can do it, but the action is blocked when you try.

11. Looting restrictions or locked behind certain outcomes of a conversation. For instance in the quest “Space in between” where you go talk to Fingers will serve as a good example.
A minor thing first is that I found eurodollars on the table outside his room, while there are 4 joy toys sitting there. Why would there be eurocash there, for me to loot? :D
But then you go in to talk to Fingers, all the stuff in his room should be unlootable. But depending on how you handle him it could unlock. So if you choose a non violent solution. You won’t be able to loot anything. Whereas if you beat him up a lot, he might pass out and then you can loot his stuff. But might have consequences later on. It would make more sense, rather than you just running around grabbing his stuff, while he is just sitting there looking at you.

12. The perk in crafting “Waste not want not” should allow you to also replace mods from items without having to disassemble them. Also it should be possible to set the amount of items you want to craft instead of one at the time or the ability to simply hold the button down. Turning one component into another takes forever as it is now. ( (But in general the whole crafting system should probably be reworked)

13. Game needs a togglable onroad driving GPS, the mini map is zoomed far too much in so you notice too late when to turn and constantly have to look at it instead of the road. Could be some sort of Augmented reality thing.

14. Dialog options which you can’t perform due to lack of skill shouldn’t show up as grayed out options, the player should be made aware of this.
