(BUG) Monsters in the swamp contract

Hi just wanted to let you guys know the monsters in the swamp contract its not working for me, I have it in my inventory and I read it multiple times but it's not being added to the contract list.

what swamp, what monsters?

It's a Contract you pick up in a village called Downwarren in Velen, you get it at the notice board.

The contract name is "monsters in the swamp "

It's not getting added to the contract list so I'm not able to do the quest, I think is happening to a lot of people but they don't even notice.
