BUG Need Help!!! cant meditate

Every time i try to meditate teh game says you cannot do that right now. I'm not in combat and im not moving. I'm playing it on ps4 and im on the quest Count Reuven's treasure. pls someone help

I've had the same issue for about 3 weeks on Xbox one, can't seem to get a straight answer from anyone if they are working on a fix or not. I've basically stopped playing until they address it

Seriously, is anyone working on a fix for this? I've seen multiple threads about this but no word on if anyone is trying to fix it...
