[BUG]No basic decks.

I can't even start playing. I have no cards except for cards i got from 2 opened kegs.

I have same problem here.. I ended tutorial 3 times and nothing changed.

If you have previously installed Gwent into your computer, uninstall it and after that try again to install Gwent beta.

I was sure reinstalling would not help as I've checked my installation from a different account previously. I did just to be sure but it didn't work

I tried reinstall and I also played tutorial on another PC still same error: no fraction commander

Already did, but i'm not sure if my request was finally sent. I didn't get any email confirming my ticket but it showed on page that it was sent.

It should be fine It might take few days for them to answer. And if it's a weekend, it takes a little longer.
