[BUG] Novigrad, Closed City unable to complete

It said I've completed all of the objectives for the quest, when I set it as active, it has no objectives and no waypoint. It seems the quest is stuck and I'm worried that there is no way to finish it

I'm currently playing on the PS4, and I've fully updated still with no results.

Any help would be spectacular, thank you!

I have this issue as well. I am on PC with update 1.5.

I'm pretty sure the new patch utterly breaks this quest, because I've long since completed it and now it's showing up as failed, whereas before the patch it was counted among the completed quests. Other than the new big fonts, the breaking of this quest is about all I've experienced from 1.04/1.05. Didn't really notice anything fixed, so I'm kind of at a loss as to what exactly this patch even did.

I did notice that moving felt more fluid honestly, and the framerate has improved for me.

But I just want to be able to beat this quest
