BUG: Orange Pants Female Appearing Everywhere on the Street

Hi there,

Opening the game after my recent purchase of Phantom Liberty, I have noticed that a specific NPC keeps reappearing in the game every meter I walk to my destination. Not sure if it's an issue on my side, but is there a way to fix this? Thanks!

You can try the following, in options, if you have HDD mode off, try switching it on, if it is on, try switching it off.
You can also try either of the 3 Crowd Density options to see whether the game selects other appearances more often.

If neither helps, try verifying your game files.

It could be intentional, but it could be too due to the HDD mode. Try switching it off in settings, then save and load, fast travel somewhere.

If it is already off, it could be entangled with the settings bug. Turn it on. Save, load, fast travel. Turn it off, save, load, fast travel.

Hopefully, the follower is shaken off.
