[BUG] [PC] Scoia Tael Merchant missing

The Scoia Tael Merchant part of [Person in Distress] in the far East of Velen never get to his camp (located in the South, no marker) after i released him.

Try a lot of different save, meditate a lot, pray the old gods, still nothing...

Guess hes been eaten by random wolves.

Mine actually got to the camp, but he just sits there tinkering with something and the game doesn't give me the option to interact with him.

I can't find him either. I completed the "Find the guy's lost horse"-quest first so had already visited the Scoia'tael camp, but I didn't kill them. Now the camp is empty and there is no sign of the promised merchant.

Yup, same here. Took me some time to actually find the camp.
