Hi,
During the rescue mission when you come to the room with all the people in it, Jackie will say hide people are coming, if you do not hide but start hacking every one and killing them with overload, the objectives do not update and you can not go through the door to the next room.
Reloading my save fixed the issue but just reporting it any way. Let me know if you need more info.
