[BUG] Quest: A Costly Mistake (very minor spoilers]
Pretty simple but I expect deeply frustrating if you encounter this after a long while without saving. The half-sunken ship for the side quest 'A Costly Mistake', if you drop into it to swim around, you cannot get out again. there's nothing in it to get anyway, so it seems letting the player get in was an oversight.
