[BUG] Quest: Get Junior! -- Vernon Roche is not going to the Bridge

Hello,
this bug is inhibiting my progress in the main story:
Vernon Roche is not going to the meetpoint at the Bridge. I can't talk to him or interact with him in any way.

Is there a workaround?
Will this bug be covered in the 1.05 patch? (patchnotes are not completely clear: Fix for Pyres of Novigrad, Fix for another Vernon Roche bug, ..)

Just made an account to reply to this, I have the exact same issue, the marker is on the bridge and he will not show up, i've meditated to see if it was a day/night time only. and it doesn't help, i also can't find him at the camp you meet him at initially... Inhibiting my progress as well. Very annoying ....
