[BUG] Razor Focus + Flood of Anger (Talents)
There's currently a bug involving the combination of the two talents mentioned in the title. The one adrenaline bar granted by Razor Focus does not count toward Flood of Anger bonus.
Example: When entering combat I start with 1 adrenaline bar, after a couple of hits I reach 3 adrenaline bars however the game doesn't count the adrenaline bar I started the combat with to the Flood of Anger bonus and thus it activates the Sign without having all the bonuses. It still consumes all 3 adrenaline bars. I've noticed this while trying to use the alternate sign mode with both talents equipped and 3 adrenaline bars but it didn't work, it worked however while being in the same combat, reaching 3 adrenaline bars again I've managed to get the full bonus.

Update: Flood of Anger bonus doesn't work with the adrenaline bar you gain from Superior Maribour Forest potion either.
