[BUG] "Reason of state" fails when starting "On thin ice"
I finished "Reason of state"
The last thing he said to me was that

What I know is a bug is that the quest, that I successfully completed then and there, as my "Completed quests" section says and the absence of a "Failed quests" section confirms fails when starting "On thin ice". When
, the "FAILED QUEST: Reason of state" red signal appears during the cut-scene.
Now that I've signaled the bug, I'd like to know one thing, if any of you had this: is it just a graphic bug, and I will get the appropriate ending for succesfully completing "Reason of state" as I said above, or is the quest retroactively failed, thus barring me from that ending?

Temeria would be free and in a couple of days Redanian soldiers would be gone and Temerians (or Nilfgaardians, can't remember) would occupy Novigrad.
Novigrad is meant to remain like that until maybe the last quest of the storyline, when you get the ending.
