[Bug] Rend Will Not Activate vs Axxi'd or Frozen Opponent
Scratch that, I misread the description of Rend. Thought it took Adrenaline points to use but it in fact takes Stamina to use. Popping Axii, obviously, uses your stamina so Rending immediately after is impossible. Ignore the Frozen part, I'm doubly stupid.
