BUG REPORT - Brothers in arms - Velen

I failed the quest 'A favor for a friend" because i went off course by a bit during the race and now I cannot locate Kiera Metz anywhere and the game refuses to allow me to continue... Is there any possible fix for this???

I do not believe Brothers in Arms is required to continue on with the main story. However if you are looking for Kiera and failed A Favor for a Friend, the only place I can think she would be is either in her alchemy hut, or check Fyke Island.

I think you may need to define "refuses to allow me to continue" a bit more. Are you saying that it literally won't allow you to continue with the main quest, or just that you fail to recruit everyone in Brothers in Arms - Velen?

The latter is by design. If you didn't complete certain sidequests before going to the Isle of Mists, they fail, and you can't recruit the relevant people.

Sorry for the misunderstanding... It wont allow me to continue with the main quest, it continues to prompt me to continue the Brothers in arms - velen mission. Even if I try to to continue on with the Isle of Mists mission there is no yellow dot indicating the start point for the Isle of Mists mission. I hope this makes my situation more clear, thank you for your responses.

Thanks for the heads up, but she is not in her hut... although I havent tried Fyke Island, I shall try that next... thank you.

brother in arms is bugged...if you let Ves die in Eye for Eye it bugs on talking to Roche, other people have reported problems with Dykjstra as well...and i guess now Kiera....Brother in Arms quest is a buggy mess....there are numerous threads about this, I wish everyone would post in the same spot
