Bug Report: Gurt Borel & Ehanced feline boot
1) Being killed to put him out of misery but still standing around w/ a quest available sign, but no longer available to talk to.

2) The boot has been taken before but the quest is still available, hence might not be completed at all. I just came back to the place to verify
