Bug report: Hitomi Sato in Pisces Mission

All equipment including augment hand whip
Some reason after making a choice, hitomi satos body keeps replenishing the two items: 1 HJKE-11 Yukimura 1 m-10AF Lexington. Just keeps replenishing items when I take them.

I've run into the same bug playing on PS5. Sato keeps replenishing Nue & Unity pistols.
