Bug Report: one Quest not triggering in Fyresdal

where i talk to some merchant about his Nekker with helmet monster problem.
sorry i didn't know about the name of the quest as this is not triggering for some reason.

I have also noticed the same glitch while travelling through Fyresdal, i hope that the developers fix it since such problems are really annoying.

Same here. It's the guy in fyresdal who says he thinks they are nekkuks instead of nekkers.

I would like to say, that the quest OP is talking about, is called "Contract: Skellige’s Most Wanted" from the free DLC of the same name.
Personally, I idid get the quest from Fyresdal's notice board before talking to the man in the village and finding the wagon, but I also have the same problem, quest not giving you the on-screen notice, once you actually find the wagon, enter the cave, find the room with pictures, etc.
Quest itself is updating in the quest log without problems, you just do not get the on-screen notice without actually having it selected to be tracked.
