As of the latest patch I cannot QUICK CAST anymore it defaults to old casting no matter whether it's on or off
Did you try to clear the cache in case ?
Set it on "off", clear the cache and then set it on "on" again.
(the only thing that you can really do on console).

🔺️Has this been resolved??? I have the problem that I can cast all spells but Quen. It was working fine up until 135 hours into the game and suddenly stopped. It's a pain in the rear as I have to use the old system which cumbersome as hell to say the least
