Bug Report: Quest - Psycho Killer [16/17]

I'm at 16/17 because "Smoke on the Water" is bugged for me. I incapacitated the cyberpsycho on the pier for that mission and texted Regina, but it won't close out for me.

Same, found your post when I was looking for a way to clear the log as it was completed. Now I found out I will be bugged for the whole questline....CPR, please fix!

Same problem, 16/17. Missing Cyberpsycho Sighting: Bloody Ritual

Did you get this worked out? I had the same problem with Bloody Ritual. I skipped time until it was 1am, then looked on my map and the objective was now there. Hopefully it'll work for you too!

Yeah I did not realize that some quests and gigs were time sensitive thanks for letting me know about that it solved my problem.

Same issue except mine is "Too Little, Too Late". Thing is I think I've already done it since I recognize the area and the two turrets were deactivated, but I don't have it as a completed Gig nor the Text conversation with Regina. I showed up to the area and Mextac was there instead.

****UPDATE...I found the Cyberpsycho lying on the ground unconscious but I still can't find the gig anywhere saying I've done it.

Same here. Done ALL of the but this one isn't counting and psycho is on the floor knocked out.

Last cyber psycho location has been found in Watson zoom in on your map and it is four finger width across from the ripper dock that's right of pershing st to right hand side.

One of the Cyberpsycho sightings can only be seen after 8:00 pm

This helped big time I just skipped time to after 8pm and it popped up for me

Fwiw, the last one for me was in the Badlands, Dakota's region.
It required some progression in the game before it showed up.

This guy was captured by the Wraiths (with Saul), so it require to progress a little in Panam questline
