[Bug Report] Triss getting stuck with fire in her hand

Game version: 1.04
Platform: PC

During the quests where Triss casts spells, there is a very annoying bug with fire staying on her hand after casting something, as in the screenshot:

It does the same with bolts too, I noticed it happened when a character is doing an action (cast a spell, reload a crossbow) just before a cutscene.

Still bugged as of version 1.05.

Still seeing this bug, years later.

Not so much a bug as a glitch. When it happens, drop to the main menu and reload. See if it goes away.

Also, lock your FPS to 60 and see if it happens.
