Seems to happen with only the Swords added in Next Gen update. Teigr, Nine-Tailed Vixen Steel/Silver, And Flowers set. Does not appear to happen on the vertical mounts or the top position of the wall mounted weapons rack, though these may be being rendered inside the walls.

Recent bugs I encountered: The humming noise that activates during the Feline Set bonus doesn't switch off on its own and creates a constant humming sound until you remove the set/gear.

The Adrenaline Rush mutation seemingly isn't working at all for me, it doesn't activate in combat no matter how any enemies are encountered. Other mutations seem to work as intended though.
 
Have had this happen a couple times now where the water will bug out and flood my world, and then my game will crash.
Running a RTX 3070, AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 8-Core 16 Thread, with 32gb RAM

The game lags out my pc when alt tabbed anyone else? ryzen 5600x rx 6800xt 32gb of ddr4 at 3600CL14 installed on a 990 pro
Yes the performance drops and stays super low after alt tab on me too. Weird thing.
The game is unplayable at this moment. We need to wait for patch a year or two.
Confident we will able to play by 2024-2025.

Bug with toxicity on reload, if the toxicity is greater than 100 percent then save game and reload it rolls back to 0. Allow to use any ammount of decotins with 0 toxicity cost.

I know there are a lot problems with ray tracing in the Next-Gen version, but even without ray tracing I found very serious visual bugs that weren't present in the original game. I attached a video about these problems. I guess the first one happens when the camera reaches the water level. The next ones are mostly flickering shadow glitches.

Hi, you may want to have a look at this. Not sure if it's my mod code, but somehow doubt it:

CheckInteractionWith() fills overridenEffectsIdxs[] backwards to forwards:
for(i=size-1; i>=0; i-=1)
Then, ApplyEffect() reads them backwards to forwards:
for ( i=size-1; i>=0; i-=1 )
So, if overridenEffectsIdxs[] was 10, 7, 3.... it reads them backwards as 3, 7, 10, then removes index 3 and fails on 7:
RemoveEffectOnIndex(overridenEffectsIdxs, true);
The effect is that only a single effect (in case of 2), incorrect effects, or incorrect number of effects are removed.

Again, may be something to do with my mod, since I changed many other things... but... this looks rather fishy...

For the official record, swapping the ApplyEffect() 'for' statement to read overridenEffectsIdxs[] forwards resolved it.

It was raining inside the crypt for "The Mystery of the Byways Murders" contract. Strange.

Hi, I've got a recurring problem with the Witcher 3 at the moment in Velen. Anytime I complete a quest or perform an action on Fyke Island the entire sea glitches and the water level raises up ~15 meters but physics remains the same. The game will crash at that point whenever I try to fast-travel / interact with an NPC. See the screenshot below. I wanted to report it but I can't other than post it here.

If you don't use mods (and never used mods in this save previously), you can do it here > "Contact Us" button
Add as much details as possible (like specs, settings,...)
 
Issue on PC with level scaling on Blade from the Bits and Winter's Blade

Blade from the Bits started out lagging three levels behind current player level, Winter's Blade two. Blade from the Bits is now stuck at level 26 with player level 43 (image 1), while Winter's Blade appears stuck at level 39 (image 2). I stashed Blade from the Bits for a while and suspect that it stopped leveling then, but never stashed Winter's Blade.

Yup, same problem with Blade from the Bits. If it says scale with level, it should always be equal Geralt's level, even if its stashed. Or at least get updated and catch up if using it during a level up.

I tab in and out when playing 4.0 and have no slow down issues. I am playing in full screen mode.
 
after pressing the tab and choosing a spell, the game freezes, but I can rotate the camera and use the interface. The error occurs for the third time and I constantly have to reload the save

Yeah I dont what tot say. Not every issue manifests the same to all. People have different combo of hardware and software.
One thing its clear. The game has serious, many issues in dx12.
 
My game keeps crashing during the loading screen to White Orchard after speaking to Emhyr in Vizima during the final main quest. I've had no issues like this up until this point.

I've tried turning off the Steam Overlay, turning on fullscreen and windowed modes, using DX11, using the lowest graphic settings, and a number of other minor tweaks. So far nothing has worked. The game continues to crash about 70% through the loading screen. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

Did you try to verify the game files ?
(do you use mods ?)
 
Well, post this in hope that someone may have an answer. My research shows that this happened in much earlier iterations of the game, but I've never experienced it until post 4.0. Long story short, clean install, no mods, new game+ post 4.0 launch. Geralt's head (-hair) will randomly vanish from the game and I have to revert to an earlier save where the head textures remain.

I've raised a ticket with CDPR, but would appreciate any guidance from your friendly people.
