Before downloading the new hot fix i was on the "The Hunt" quest with River. Everything was working just fine before the patch. I decided to download the patch and hop back in the mission with River and once i came in his head was gone. I tried loading up previous files or restarting the game but it seems to persist. River is now a headless NPC.....
