BUG Runes effects dont apply properly
Whenever you apply, say a 2% bleeding chance, into a sword that has a different effect of its own (10% poison chance) that sword effect is canceled. The game only computes the 2% bleeding.
It's unbelievable this is still in the game. Need fix because runes are half useless as it is right now
