[BUG] Scavenger Hunt: Wolf School Gear (NG+)
Unable to see or loot the 2nd teleporter crystal on the scaffolding at the old Signal Tower. I was able to get past the bug by spawning the item in my inventory with console commands but none of the standard fixes (closing and re-opening the game, saving and loading, fast traveling away and going back) fixed the problem.
Please look into this when you get some time.
Edit: This is on version 1.10, Steam, PC.
