BUG: Self Encourage doesn't trigger all the time

Dwarven Skirmisher doesn't get +2STR, even if the unit he wounded wasn't destroyed. Happens from time to time, not as common as Priestess of Freya.

Also I'd like to add that in rare cases "attacking" units are missing their animations. So far I spotted this issue mainly on Clan Brokvar Hunters
