[BUG] Shape of a Pony

Does anyone know how to solve the bug with the "Shape of a Pony" quest?

Because I completed the quest until I needed to kill the Wraiths who got the key, and I killed every 4 of them, but none of them dropped the key for me.

This is what I tried so far:
- check every single body to see if he has the key or not.
- reload the game and do the mission from the beginning.
- go to another location and go back to the same location, but the Wraiths didn't respawn.
- check if maybe the key is in some car's trunk.
- look for answers elsewhere if someone has already had that bug before, but I didn't find anything useful.

Before anyone asks:
- Ididn't have any mods installed.
- Im playing with the current Steam version of the game.

I have the exact same issue, I exited the game and came back and now there's no wraith at all in the area.

Very strange indeed. If no mods have ever been installed during this or previous playthroughs and this issue occurs, I would recommend reporting it here:

If you already tried loading a save game before the start of the quest, I don’t see that many other options. However, verify/repair (as suggested in the article) is worth a shot.
