[BUG] Stamina not refilling.

Hi,

I am playing on PS4 and have encountered a bug that has prevented me from progressing.

I am in Velen at the moment and I noticed that the stamina bar is not refilling. It is currently empty and as a result I cannot cast Signs anymore. I have tried revert to a previous save but the issue exists in all my save files.

I am not the only one with this issue as I can see from various posts on this board and others. Are there plans to fix this issue?

I've also noticed that I can now swim under water indefinitely.
