[Bug] Stuck in Crawl Space after Hacking Camera

1. Going through crawl space with camera that is visible from within the crawl space. (The character will be in crouched mode)
2. While within the crawl space hack a camera
3. Leave camera and character will stand up and glitch through ceiling of crawl space and be unable to move or re-crouch forcing a reload of saved game.

I have something like this too did you find a solution besides reloading a save
