[BUG] Superior White Raffard and Tissue Transmutation

So for some reason Superior White Raffard does not work properly with the extra HP per Decoctions from Tissue Transmutation. Instead of healing to full it SETS my current HP to half. The previous versions of the potion worked fine. It works fine with other HP increases such as from Bear School Techniques or Full Moon it just bugs out when I have Decoctions active.

Bump. Ok I've did more testing and apparently this only happens if you are using 3 Decoctions at the same time regardless of whether you have Tissue Transmutations or not. Everything works fine if I use only two Decoctions with or without Tissue Transmutation.

So White Raffard bugs out if you have more than two Decoctions active.
