[BUG?] - T5 Reboot Optics Guaranteed Game Crash?

Any kind soul willing to check if T5 Reboot Optics is crashing the game when killing enemies affected by it during combat?

To easily reproduce the crash:

• Get into combat with a group of random street enemies
• Upload Reboot Optics onto them (the more NPCs it affects the higher the chances of the crash occurring faster)
• Shoot them via headshots to ensure it spreads around and then find a few more groups of enemies to repeat the process if it didn't crash yet

It's specifically the T5 perk causing the game to crash (either immediately mid-combat if the group is large or within the next few minutes after by fighting more groups), as Reboot Optics' T2, T3 and T4 variants do not produce any crashes after extensively testing them.
