You go up an elevator to the apartment. There are two way then to enter it. Technical ability 6 to open the door, or through this window.
BUG1 You can't jump through the windows until you completely shoot down all the glass of the window. As it is in this pic I can't jump through, but I must completely and totally remove all the small pieces from top and bottom.
BUG2 Once outside there's body check 8 to open this latch. Once opened, going thorough this latch is very buggy from this side. A lot of trial and error needed. Fortunately there's another way over the roof and body check 11. But it does need double jump mod.
