(BUG) Texture Quality Missing on Setting

I dont have the texture quality setting.

Because you can only change it in the main menu and not ingame. Same goes for other settings.

i had a similar problem, were there was like a missing texture dor most details in the scene, but it was resolved after a restart of the game
