bug that needs fixing

i dont know if anyone els is having this screen bug going on but i want to know how to fix it. its making it hard to enjoy the game i hope they fix this soon

Screen glitch that affects all saves

I have problem with glitch that occurs randomly during gameplay (first time just after training, second time after one hour of gameplay). I have noticed 3x new problems

After patch 1.22 sometimes blood renders yellow for some reason

Also i restarted the game now with street kid woman, and in the mission where you dinf Sandra Dorsett if Jackie goes into the room she is in first then the door closes and wont open, i had to shoot a hole through the wall tl get the game to continue

Some lootable items throughout the game still cant be picked up

I am on a R5 3600, 16GB DDR4 3200 CL16, RTX3070 gpu

(some sort of artificial blood. often see it on maelstromers)
