BUG The Soldier and Nobleman Statuette

So I'm trying to do the The Nobleman Statuette. I'm at Battle Preparations in the main story. Triss is on the ship in Skelige but the quest marker indicates to Novigrad when i go to the city Triss is not there and the quest is blank this is really annoying...

It is a well known bug, and it may be fixed in the next patch (should be released in less than two weeks). Currently, these quests only work correctly after completing Count Reuven's Treasure (act 1) and before starting A Matter of Life and Death, but not in Final Preparations (act 3). Also, they should actually fail after Final Preparations, so it is a bug that you still have them as active quests at this point.

this is my third time playing over and over its getting really anoying with theese bugged quests i want to finish the game without failed quests also Reason of State is bugged if you complete and go start the main quest On Thin Ice it fails automaticly i hope the new patch will put end to all bugged quests.
