[Bug] The very, very final Quest fo The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

Hello together,
if you play the Toussaint questline at the end then you get this very last Quest >>go home<<, and you can make it.
But if you do the Toussaint questline and afterwards the main questline (for example >>thin ice<<), than you cannot finish the very last quest.
