At the mission where you need to steal a Militech Panzer Tank for Panam.
If instead of going through the front with technical ability to open the door for Panam; you went to the back, after you force open the door with Body, there are 2 items you can quickhack to gain Eddies; one is a regular port you can find anywhere, the other should be opened with Scanner-Vision (like when you hack doors to open) and thus you can go through, and the mission goes on. If you touch it like if you were to Jack Into a device, you'll be bugged & stuck forever there within the grate with a weird camera angle.
Nothing a Quickload doesn't solve, but still, it's a deadly trap, in a main story mission.
