V has seems to have another mesh model performing a different animation over it. So V now has three legs in the reflection as of the latest patch
I found the bug in the file
base\quest\side_quests\sq029\scenes\sq029_06a_sex.scene
This scene was updated in multiple patches to change V's animations slightly in the mirror. The latest one is duplicating the model somehow. Once i restored an older version from (base\quest\side_quests\sq029\scenes\versions) the reflection was normal
